The room was spacious, with a modern design, and not a lot of noise could be heard from the outside. The bathroom was spacious, equipped with a bathtub, instant hot water, and great pressure. We received two free bottles of water and coffee every day, courtesy of the coffee machine. The fridge was quite big and made no noise. The temperature in the room was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was also an electric stove. Cleaning was done daily; shampoo, shower gel, bathrobes, and towels were replaced daily if you left them on the floor. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Sometimes it was a buffet, sometimes à la carte, depending on the number of guests. We also had dinner a couple of times at the hotel's restaurant, and the food was correctly cooked. We went during the week, so we basically had the spa area all to ourselves, which was wonderful. The hotel staff was very attentive, helpful, and nice. The reception area was also very nice, with lovely Christmas decorations. They organized a fine dining wine-pairing dinner, which we were informed about before our stay, requiring a 50% deposit. It was a bit expensive, but in my opinion, it was worth it, and it was the culinary highlight of our stay. So I would definitely recommend it if you have the chance.

Their hospitality and friendliness contributed to make my stay memorable. Beautiful views, great selection of spa treatments, the pool bar at sunset is a fabulous sight .

Heel vriendelijke service en prachtige grote kamer. Heerlijk mega groot bed! Fijne badkamer met luxe badartikelen. Lekkere badjas en slippers. Goede airconditioning. Zwembad en sauna waren super. Er was niemand op de momenten dat we er waren dus rijk voor ons alleen.

Amazing hotel in Bansko. Great facilities. We stayed in an executive suite, a lage living are with tv and nice bedroom. Large brand new bathroom with huge walk-in shower. We were welcomed with a selection of fruit. Great pool and water slides. All surrounded with great Mountain View’s. Spa treatments were great (thank you Antonia! 😀). Restaurant has great food, breakfast large variety and also lunch menu is recommended. Reasonable prices. Staff was polite and professional. All together a great experience and the best hotel we stayed in, in Bulgaria, so far. We stayed in Block B, a renovated part of the hotel.
