Armaco Residence ligt in Koprivshtitsa, op 13 minuten lopen van Todor Kableshkov Memorial House, en biedt accommodatie met een tuin, gratis privéparkeren, een terras en een restaurant. I wish I could give a "20" for this hotel, but I can only do a "10". Such a well designed place! - Staff - All the staff are awesome and very kind people. They welcomed us with a glass of prosecco at the check-in. We needed a few small things during the stay and everything was served in a very high professional manner. - The hotel is a piece of Art - hand painted doors and windows with bulgarian "shevica" elements. Colorful ceilings in style that comply very well with the Koprivshtica town architecture. Incredible paintings of one of the bulgarian famous artists Peter Mitchev - "Pedro". - The food - We tested most of the dishes from the menu. Everything was so delicious and prepared by the hands of a "Master Chef". A food-art which is a pure pleasure for all of your perceptions. One little remark here to make is that the size of the portions is a little bit smaller, but I assume it is somehow expected for such an experience. However, if you go for a 3 course dinner, it is still completely enough to get you filled. - The SPA - Clean, modern interior, warm water pools, relaxing music... Everything you need for your relaxation. I tried the flotation capsule and it was very refreshing (it is charged additionally). - The Room - Soft and clean sheets with a comfortable mattress (at least for us). They gave us water with coffee and 2 little bottles of red and white wines as a compliment (a bottle is enough for 2 glasses) :). - Prices - We think that the hotel offers prices that are relevant to the quality of the whole experience. It's definitely worth it and will come back again.

Hotel Borovets Hills Ski & Spa ligt in een rustige en verhoogde wijk van Borovets, op 2 minuten lopen van de skipistes van Yastrebets. Zowel het ontbijt als avondeten was ERG lekker en gevarieerd. Het restaurant is ruim, leuk ingericht met de aquariums en alles is heel erg proper. De werknemers van Borovets Hills doen hun best om met alles te helpen, steeds met een glimlach op het gezicht. Onze kamer was ruim en van alle comfort voorzien. De badkamer was proper en volgens ons recent gerenoveerd. De wellness is heel modern en uitgebreid en de massages zijn van goede kwaliteit. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, dichtbij de piste maar toch niet druk of lawaaierig.

Het Festa Winter Palace Hotel een luxe 5-sterrenhotel in Borovets, aan de voet van het Rila-gebergte. It is one of the best hotels I have visited with a fabulous atmosphere, staff and facilities. The apartment (a double deluxe) for extremely fair price for a 5 star hotel, was immaculately clean, spacious, and arranged with beautiful vintage furniture. Fairly comfi bed. Being between seasons (late October), the restaurant was working only till 8pm. Almost exclusively for us, they nevertheless arranged that we were served delicious meals. Perfect price/quality ratio.
