The staff was friendly and helpfull to make my stay even more pleasant. Spa and pool are marvelous. The breakfast has an amazing variety and is very delicious.

Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .

Mooie lobby, fijne kamers, lekkere restaurants, prima zwembad. Wat echt het verschil heeft gemaakt is de fantastische hulp van de conciërge (Oscar). Voorafgaand aan onze reis heeft hij ons geholpen met het installeren van WeChat. Voor ons heeft hij twee perfecte dagtrips met gids georganiseerd. Bij aankomst heeft hij ons bovendien als VIPS verwelkomd. Kon niet beter!

Het luxe Hilton Xi’an ligt op een centrale locatie binnen de oude stadsmuren van Xi’an met het Bell Tower winkelcentrum. I liked the style of the hotel and the decoration of the common spaces which included artwork and sculptures linked to the history of the city. It felt very “culturally immersive”. Breakfast was my favorite part, personally I’ve never seen such variety of dishes in a hotel breakfast buffet.

Not to mention the location - stairs to the City Wall are literally 100 meters away.

The club lounge was great.and the breakfast was world class. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. Many of the staff speak English, unlike most Chinese hotels. We recommend CROWN PLAZA Xi'An Weiyang. Yanni Bai in the club lounge was very helpful and inhanced our visit. Kudos Yanni.
