Every view was spectacular and the bird watching was mesmerizing ( I don't even bird watching). All of the staff is incredibly attentive and made us happy to be their guest. A special callout to the office manager, Paula. She can give a masterclass on 5-star hospitality. She not only greeted every guest as they arrived, but she made sure to remember their names and check in with them at least once every day. Her warm attitude definitely spred to the remainder of the staff. We also adored our English translator and guide, John. The is contracted by the hacienda and provided us two days of enjoyable activities and company.
