Everything was just perfect. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are super clean and practical with plenty of storage space. The location is very central. The breakfast is amazing. The spa area is nice. What I really appreciated is that the staff always replenished the vanity set and toiletries. We also loved the music on Saturday with a life saxophonist, it was great! The hotel was also beautifully decorated for Christmas.

When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Paulina and Lauren were fantastic! The attention to detail was appreciated and housekeeping was also excellent. Try one of the restaurants onsite for a wonderful dining experience. Breakfast is worthwhile, so ensure that you do that. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location in the heart of Colmar.

Enjoy a fine, imaginative and generous cuisine proposed by chef Jean-Paul Acker in the gourmet restaurant "Le Chêne" or the gastronomic restaurant "Le Feuillage" (1 star in the MICHELIN Guide 2025 - 14/20 and 2 toques in the Gault & Millau 2025 guide). The property is in a beautiful setting and has a very nice interior design. Everything is clean and the spa team was very friendly and did a great job. Dinner was also nice and the dining staff were very professional and accommodating. When we arrived late around 9:30pm, the restaurant manager, I believe, let us know that the restaurant is closed but they can whip up a charcuterie plate for the group.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely bathroom supplies and really comfortable bed. We ate in the bistro which was good and the bar was open until 1am-great for a nightcap.
