Room is enogh big for family, TV is already they setting well so childens are never boring, complimentary water, tea coffee is enogh quantity they provided. Good quality natural amenities they giving us. I mean almost hotels not provide but they are provided, for example we are 2 adults and 2 childens and they give us 4 towels and small towels each also in our room already. Coffee and teas are few choice and totals 15 pack. It was really makes us happy. Bathroom Amenities are made by wooden, hairdryer, weight machine etc... These are really surprised for us with that pricing. That price is may be high In coimbatore compare with other hotels but still really affordable price. Breakfast is really taisty all food, Room service is very kind and polite and amazing taste. Thank you for give us good experience!

The best part was Sous Chef Swarnendu, he was always there to explain and customize the dish if needed, not just once but every time we requested, especially making a consideration for my elderly parents. He made us feel as if we never left home. A special word of thanks to the engineering team, for helping with my dad’s medical equipment. Thanks to Lov & Ravi for the help with the bags.
