It starts with the personnel, everybody seems genuinely glad to have you as a guest and is willing to help you with any question or request. Breakfast is abundant and we were assigned a table for our whole stay, this also means we were greet every morning by the same staff that quickly learned our preferences. The SPA is the 'secret gem' of this hotel. Spacious, brand new, well attended, an oasis for that rainy day. We enjoyed Federico's Aufguss sauna ceremony every day of our stay. Some other activities and entertainment were offered during the week as part of our stayed that made it very special and enjoyable. This hotel was our favorite of our northern Italy trip and would come back without a doubt. Highly recommended.

Super cosy and beautiful spa facilities, and in general all the facilities in the hotel are very modern and well maintained. Funicular 50 meters away from the hotel. Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

Der findes el lader til bil såvel på hotel som flere lynladere tæt på. Fin restaurant.

It is in a very good location, the drinks and breakfast were brilliant, the rooms are wonderful. Definitely the most comfortable bed and pillows we have ever had the luxury of staying in. Beautiful views from the window to the mountains and cable car above. If you are ever wondering "will it be worth it?" It absolutely will, and it will exceed your expectations.
