Super cosy and beautiful spa facilities, and in general all the facilities in the hotel are very modern and well maintained. Funicular 50 meters away from the hotel. Really comfortable room when with kids, sliding door separating the kids sleeping area from the rest of the room, very well thought through.

Opbygget som 4 “huse” så virker ikke for stort. Skønt spa område hvor der er god spa-etikette ifht påklædt/nøgen områder. Dejlig lang pool til svømning (og børn) og mindre på 4 etage med udsigt og varmt vand. Beliggenhed meget tæt på gondol til toppen. Der findes el lader til bil såvel på hotel som flere lynladere tæt på. Fin restaurant.

There are some places that exceed the hype and this is one of them! A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality. Things that surprise me in a very positive way: - the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him). - Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.

The hotel is incredibly comfortable and luxurious, with an elegant atmosphere. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go out of their way to assist. The location is perfect, and the spacious rooms make you feel right at home.

The most amazing place I have ever stayed at. I am so glad we found this hotel. We considered staying in the center of Bolzano to be close to all the shops and restaurants, but were very glad we ended up here. If you have ever wondered how it would be to stay in a medival castle, then you've come to the right place. A perfect experience from the moment we arrived. They upgraded us to a huge suite without us requesting it, which was absolutely stunning. The castle itself sits on top of a hill with beautiful views all over the valley down to Bolzano. Bolzano is just a 15 minute drive from the castle, but I recommend visiting the local town as well as this was far more cozy and no tourists. The breakfast buffet is all you can ask for. I spend over 100 nights a year in a hotel, and this is by far one of the best I´ve ever had. The infinity pool is stunning and the views from the pool deck is out of this world. Take time and enjoy and aperitif at the bistro & bar in the backyard and make sure to try their on site restaurant. When you are seated at the breakfast or dinner table, you will feel like a king or queen in the midst of a beautifully decorated medieval village. I do hope I can come back to this lovely place sometime in the future.
