Also booked one of the VIP rooms which was great compared to the twin room we had for the first nights. They have a complimentary airport pick up service and also took us to the train station on the last day. There are always 2 drivers that take guests to the center of the town (market area) for free which was a great service we used many times. If you want to walk to the center it takes roughly 15 to 20 minutes. The rooms were cleaned daily and stocked with water bottles and soft drinks. We also had a cake offered by the hotel because it was our wedding anniversary. In general I think this hotel is great to stay at and only needs a few improvements to make it even better but it didn’t change our experience negatively. The food and room service were great and I wish we knew it was that good because the restaurants in town are mostly for tourists and the food isn’t that great. The night market also has a lot of food for tourists at western prices which we didn’t enjoy at all

Set in the centre of AVANI Luang Prabang, AVANI Luang Prabang boasts a central garden and a 25-metre long swimming pool. This is a relatively new hotel and everything is well thought out and comfortable. The room was big and bright. The pool is enormous with plenty of seating around it. The location is very convenient for the town as it’s right on the doorstep. Breakfast was fabulous. The staff are helpful and polite. It has a great gym but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to use it.

Staying at this hotel was a wonderful choice. The view from my room was simply amazing, overlooking a beautiful garden. The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The service staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist. The hotel also has a well - equipped fitness center, which is perfect for those who like to stay active during their travels.
