This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in any country. For example, we wanted to go to a gym in the town so we were driven at no cost. It was actually shut so they found another gym for us and even spoke to the owner to ensure we didn’t get charged a “tourist price”. Every member of staff goes the extra mile to help you, including the pool cleaners, the waiters, the managers. Everyone.
