We were given an upgrade upon our arrival which was very nice of them. All staff were friendly and helpful especially the breakfast receptionist lady, the breakfast staff especially Mark, and Sheikha at the reception desk. Very warm and friendly staff. Will definitely come back.

I would lile to thank a lot Mr Hammad who was really excellent and friendly.

Ideally located between Al Khobar and Dammam, the hotel provides easy access to the business district and is just minutes from popular shopping malls. The staff were so wonderful s specially Miss lubna and Mr Rakan Miss lubna solve our problem with booking she did hair best to make our stay comfortable .

Det 5-stjernede Intercontinental er designet i stil med slottet fra det 16. århundrede og tilbyder rummelige og komfortable værelser med udsigt over Oasis of Palm Trees. Excellent hotel overall. The restaurant and the buffet are very tasty and the variety of food is excellent. We had breakfast and dinner included and i think it was a good choice because there are not many good food options around. The SPA, swimming poon and gym are excellent. Parking / Valet also availible.
