Youssef at the reception upgraded my room to a much comfortable room. A big thanks. The restaurant staff was helpfull all the time supported me with carrying my plates and coffee to the table during my one week stay. I never felt so at home before. Thank you for the warm hospitality and hope to come again.

I also loved spending time at the café and the terrace, both of which provided a relaxing atmosphere with excellent service. In addition, the staff were very helpful in guiding me about tourist sites in Tunisia, offering useful recommendations that enriched my trip and made exploring the city easier and more enjoyable.
