The indoor pool was one of the highlights of our visit — beautifully maintained, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were incredibly nice, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their warm and cooperative attitude made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. I recommed this hotel to everyone I know! I have stayed here for 3 or 4 times already and I love it. It is a beautiful hotel with really good workers. The check in and check out is always so easy and fast. They always do help and are flexible. The breakfast is expensive but incredible. They have EVERYTHING! The bed and pillow is so comfortable. The rooms are cozy. I love it. I will continue to stay here in the future, for sure.

They are always happy to help or explain certain information about the hotel and its surroundings. Their warm welcome and helpful reminders made my stay incredibly comfortable. The concierge service is excellent and can assist you with everything. I highly recommend visiting the top floor of the building for incredible views of the whole city. Just ask the concierge, and they will explain where to go. If I ever return to Istanbul, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Its location next to Emaar Square is perfect for dining and shopping, and the hotel's own dinner and breakfast offerings are excellent. Additionally, the spa on the 11th floor is very good, adding to the overall wonderful experience.

Best Western Premier Hidden Hills Hotel ligt in Istanbul, op slechts 12 minuten en 11,5 km van de luchthaven van Istanbul. I loved everything about the hotel! Perfect if you just want to stay the night between flights and do not plan to visit the city. The room was perfectly clean and comfy, most importantly - soft bed to have your sleep! You can grab something to eat at the hotel restaurant or grab something cheap in places nearby, right across the road - there's a small grocery store where you will find all the necessities. The hotel itself is just 15 minutes away by taxi. The staff was also very good. Gentlemen at breakfast prepared everything early in the morning, at 5 am everything was ready to have a good breakfast (even egg station), Ayehullah at the reception also was helpful, providing info on all the services provided by the hotel. Overall, if I ever have to spend the night between flights again - I would come back, highly recommend!
