We stayed here for my partners 40th birthday, and the hotel and staff couldn't have been more helpful. We hired a car and parked underneath the hotel. I had been in contact directly with the hotel, so they knew we were celebrating a special birthday. We arrived early, but check-in wasn't a problem. We were shown around the hotel by the lovely lady on reception and she showed us to our room. We were greeted with balloons and a little card for Rob. This was a lovely touch. We stayed on the 3rd floor with a double room and a lovely big balcony looking onto the slopes. The rooms are lovely big comfortable and great shower. We love the decor decorated to a high standard. The hotel itself is a little gem great location and great facilities the spa is perfect after a day on the slopes some have mentioned its small but I didn't find it a problem and has all the facilities you need. The restaurant and the bar are managed but the nicest team of people I have ever met, and the owner should be proud of his team. Rob had a birthday cake made for him, and the staff surprised us both (i didn't arrange this) by signing happy birthday with candles. The food is very nice and has new specials every night we didn't eat on the normal menu as the specials were too nice. I have read a few say about the breakfast buffet, but I am confused as to why they are not satisfied as again they have a breakfast special buffet and a cooked menu choice. Ski hire is available across the road, and the ski passes a small walk up the road(you can ski there as the button lift is free for the 1st time to the station) I can't say a bad word. we had a great stay and will definitely come back. This hotel has gone above and beyond what I could have expected. After check out, they offered the use of the spa and shower with towels great place

Great service, we were greeted by Erick who Erick was very friendly and helpful. In general all hotel staff were very polite and kimd. There is also a nice italian restaurant, great spa and they serve delicious breakfast. I would defonitely stay again!

Room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Bathroom was immense and modern Spa was really nice, not crowded. Sauna passes our Finnish standards and the cold water tub was a rare treat. Nespresso machine is a huge plus Breakfast very good with local products Parking on site was handy Pass included covered all local transport such as the telecabines for hiking Location is right on the Main Street of Chamorro
