The location of the hotel is superb (directly on the promenade beside the lake). The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Alia and Stan. I stayed in two rooms here (both with a lake view and balcony) 110 and 505. Both were great. I didn't use the wellness spa but it looked lovely.

The staff was great, the breakfast was well furnished with a large choice. The spa was clean and spacious, with one hammam and three saunas.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel boasts an excellent location and comprehensive facilities. The view from the room is stunning, the staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious too. A big thank you to Christina—when we arrived, she greeted us warmly and explained the hotel and room facilities in great detail. Her smile wiped away all our travel fatigue. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night and had to leave. If we get the chance to visit Friedrichshafen again, we will definitely stay at this hotel.
