Great location, Courteous staff, Lovely property, clean and comfortable rooms. Property: Main Complex: There is something very calming about the birds, the champa flowers (though watch out for monkeys). You can walk the complex and get a great exercise (don't miss the temple). There are independent cottages and hotel-style rooms. We stayed in the Wintergreen suites, which were comfortable (needed the AC). Private Beach: Clean, chairs/ gazebos to sit and chill, Cafe to beat the heat. You can walk the beach for 1-2 KMs and get a good workout Food: Breakfast: Ample choice in the buffet between Indian and continental. When booking, make sure you get the breakfast included For non-veg: Eggs, chicken sausage Dinner: Expansive menu of regional, north indian and indo-chinese

The location and beach front. Exceptional location and nicely done up lawns. The landscaping is very good and in general the ambience is very good. The staff other than the ones in restaurant and front desk were responsive and good.
