I will definitely start take care with the property's rating on Booking.com. Most guests are European or American, and they value "friendliness", smiling, waving, calling by name and find it beautiful to stay in a homely atmosphere. They don't care about comfort, high standard of services, quality of bed, furniture, shower, 24-hour reception and everything that a reasonable hotel has, expensive investment objective. But they don't give a good evaluation because they consider the treatment to be impersonal. This is the case with this hotel.
