The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a circular bed. Breakfast had a great selection for all dietary requirements. Good location near the town centre and train station.

Stayed in Ravenna before we embarked on an RC Cruise the next day. I messaged the hotel asking for a taxi to take us to the port. They quickly came back with a transport provider who were as equally excellent. The hotel staff were so nice and friendly. Excellent location and close to restaurants and bars, etc

Lovely hotel in a great location but it was the staff that made it extra special. We went to for my 60th birthday & also to watch the Ironman and the staff were so kind and welcoming it really made for a special and memorable weekend.
