The staff were exceptionally thoughtful (taking care of me knowing how to get there despite the landslide on railways), friendly and fulfilled my requests beyond expectations. Everything was great at this place! I also loved the option for a single room as a solo traveller.

This place is out of this world. My parents and partner stayed here for a week and had the holiday of a lifetime. The location is 10/10 and the view from our apartment took our breath away every morning. The staff couldn’t do enough for you either - so friendly, attentive and helpful. The food is also incredible and there’s a lot of choice each evening. In the instance you’re looking for something more affordable the gorgeous town of Porlezza is a 20 minute walk away - which I highly recommend. During our stay my Mum turned 70 and my partner turned 30, they were both surprised with balloons, cake and bubbles which had been left for them to enjoy by the hotel. 10/10 worth a visit!

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Beautifully renovated hotel directly on the lake. Wonderful spa area, great restaurant/ pizzeria right on the lake. Very professional and friendly staff. Parking available in the garage, e-chargers.
