The room - I thought it was far better than what I saw in the photos. The bed is significantly larger than a king size bed. (Please note there is an adjoining room within a unit building and it might get noisy if the guests in other rooms are loud or vice versa) The staff - Excellent, always greeting you with a smile and helpful when needed. Location - Near to the pier and away from the noise, railay west beach is walkable distance. Diamond cave, lagoon spot, phra nang, rock climbing spots are all accessible, boats to phi phi or snorkeling are all very accessible.. Pool - While pool is modest in size, they have reasonbly enough number of longue chairs to accommodate guests, pool also has a bar. The best part of any experience is making you want to come back again and I think very few places in hospitality industry are able to meet the expectationa of guests. Room service/food: All the dishes that we ordered in were good. Most of all everyone on Railay has been pleasant with all tourists and that makes all the difference.

We loved.. that there were 2 types of monkeys and monitors lizards and beautiful stuff looking after us so well. The breakfast was amazing everyday. We have never stayed in the better hotel in Thailand. We have been in Krabi railey beach 4 times..but this was so far the best and it exceeded the expectation. Thank you.

The view from this hotel is absolutely spectacular. It was honestly a joy to open the curtains each morning to the stunning surroundings. The staff are really what make it though. They were so attentive, kind, and helpful, and really made us feel special. To add to this, there are so many nice details that the owners have thought of - like the Keereen robes and beach bags for each guest. It made it feel like a five star boutique experience.

We booked a private villa with the pool. House had everything you need, 2 rooms with big bed and bathroom. The pool was just enough for us and we had a great time. The staff was really polite and the shuttle was available when ever you need it, 9-21 h. The manager, Ivan was great and helpful and a special thanks to him.

We stayed in a bungalow for 4 nights then in a deluxe room for 1 night, I much preferred the relic more modern room to the rustic style of the bungalow

Great location! The airport pick up was organized and smooth. Good variety for breakfast. The restaurant was also good quality. Comfortable bed and very spacious room.

The location is great, the beach & swimming pool, but… I upgraded my room to Villa pool on the spot, with big additional change, as other rooms are very old and badly maintained. Only the Villa is renovated. Food was very medium

Location is fantastic. reception, bellboy, room attendant employees are very helpful and very nice. We had two stays one in the renovated rooms the first 3 nights and was really nice and then in the non renovated room was nice too. Of course their is a difference but the price also. Slept good in both sometimes the monkeys early morning are passing by and wake you up.
