Sebastian AI Laundry Club picked the laundry up in the evening of our arrival, and we found the clean laundry back, neatly folded, the next day! The kitchen was equipped with the most amazing indoor barbecue. I've never seen anything like it before, and it worked amazingly well! The location was perfect, in the centre of El Calafate, so we could easily move around on foot. Thank you, Santiago, for having us in your apartment and for your kindness! We were only there for one night, arriving late and leaving early, but seemed like the type of hotel that would have been wonderful to be at for a few days. Great building, room, and facilities. Extensive breakfast options. Super lovely staff.

I loved the free transportation from the city center to the hotel. The food was actually quite good! Very comfortable breakfast and the staff was lovely.
