I wish this was the hotel I could find in every place I travel! Everything was excellent. It started when I asked if I could receive a document there (my previous hotel turned me down) and they said yes. The room was immaculate, cleaned everyday, and restocked with more than I needed. Everything worked - the shower was great, the AC, the TV, etc. Breakfast was excellent, and I ate dinner twice in the restaurant where I received good food and great service. The pool was nice - short but a little longer than most others. Before going there, I asked on Booking how long the pool was. I have asked this question to many hotels, but this was the first one to ever answer. In every way, this hotel went a step beyond!

Great cristal clear water and the pool guys (Daniel, Jonas and I missing the other guy’s name) they are very friendly and nice people, we had amazing conversations with them and they were always attentive with a keen eye to anticipate and supply our needs.

Amazing staff that put a lot of effort on communicating with us despite the language barrier. The room was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family needs. The beach in front of the hotel was perfect to spend the day with beach service and plenty of food options available.

Every moment felt like a postcard come to life. What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff. After 10 days of traveling through Brazil, we had yet to encounter such warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality. Everyone was exceptionally polite and welcoming. We especially enjoyed meeting Índio at breakfast—such a wonderful person! The rooms are beautiful, with large windows that frame stunning views of the mountains and river. Waking up to that scenery was simply magical. The hotel’s peaceful atmosphere, combined with its perfect location, made our stay truly special. A short walk takes you into town, where you can admire the colorful colonial architecture and soak in the charm of Piranhas. I highly recommend this hotel—it’s a place I’ll always remember and hope to return to one day!
