We travel a lot and have travelled around Europe but this hotel was above and beyond any place we have stayed so far. The creativity of the design, definitely is something to look forward to. rooms are super clean, the hotel management is super generous with providing almost any snack you might crave and refilling it free of charge. The view is breath taking. The breakfast was such a smart idea to be served in picnic baskets behind the door. We Loved Everything and looking forward to go back.

The property has garden and city views. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk and a lift for guests. Host Enis was extremely hospitable. Communicative and helped with a lost luggage situation staying home to aid in receipt of the bag. Facilities including washing and drying and the apartment were large, clean and of good standard. WiFi had minor issues but has since been replaced with a new router and 100% working. Great apartment small walk from town and trains. Amazing for families with a garden for the kids and a playground near by. Thanks again to Enis for the wonderful stay. Would 100% recommend.

Quietly situated on the bank of the Aare River amid the Jungfrau ski region, HOP Apartments & Suites is 5 minutes on foot from the centre of Interlaken West and 15 minutes from Interlaken East. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the entire property. Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

The space is fabulous and has a great kitchen, living room, view of the Jungfrau and an excellent outdoor deck. To top it all, both bathrooms have bidets which were much appreciated! Communication with the agency maintaining the apartment was super easy to handle.
