The location was absolutely great, close to all the main sightseeing spots and public transport, including boats and the main beach. City center with a view of the lake and harbour. Most staff were kind and helpful.

The breakfast was plentiful and we were able to eat it on the roof terrace because the restaurant was being renovated. Location directly at the harbour, very quiet.

A really characterful room on the top floor of an historic building in the centre of the historic part of town. Excellent catering facilities within the room and good shower etc. A high quality fan (with quiet 'night-time' setting) was supplied for warm nights. Excellent communication with owner, who supplied the town's 'Tourist card' giving many concessions, including a wonderful cruise on Lake Neuchatel, which we very much enjoyed. Superb central location.

Fantastic location near the town with lake view. Room and bathroom was very clean with modern decoration. Liked the position of the bed facing the lake, so both can have an outside view. Big balcony with sofa and dining table with chairs to enjoy the amazing lake view with boats.

The rooms are comfortable, the staff is very friendly. The location is great, a little bit outside of the city center, but the lake views are amazing. The breakfast is a bit expensive but very good.

The location of the hotel is great, just steps from the train station with very good proximity to the city centre. The view from my room was just magnificent! Although I visited in November, it must be very beautiful to sit at the terrace during spring or summer!
