The modern hotel is located in the center of the Zona Colonial. Breakfasts in the hotel restaurant were delicious. The room was comfortable, perfectly clean and cleaned daily with a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom was clean and well equipped. There was a safe in the room. There is an elevator in the hotel.

The property is excellent, everything was very clean. The parking was right there on site, very close to the beach, restaurants, stores and pharmacies. The breakfast was delicious every morning, the staff from the kitchen as all the staff from the hotel were very friendly and attentive, always asking if we need anything to make our stay more pleasant.

The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The people were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and give tips about the area. Everything was clean and comfortable, making our stay very enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent experience—the best we could have asked for!

Located on the Malecon Avenue near city attractions and shopping, the Renaissance Santo Domingo Jaragua Hotel & Casino overlooks the Caribbean Sea, boasting tropical gardens it also offers a full... Everything was good, warm customer service, and comfortable rooms. We had a small issue with room service and they did solve it immediately no complain at all.

The hotel is amazing. Modern, clean, minimalist decor but with Dominican cultural accents..I loved it. It had everything I needed. Restaurants which were excellent, spa, gym and a lovely rooftop pool with drink and food service. Simply Amazing. The staff were wonderful too. Yoisy, Fauris, Ashley were awesome. Centrally located in the colonial zone it was perfect! My room was large, clean, beautifully decorated and had everything I needed- safe, fridge, tv, blackout shades, comfortable bed.
