A great bnb! We loved the hospitality offered by Tommy and Joan, our hosts. They chatted with us, sharing their life story and learning about ours. Breakfast and room was great but as usual we should have packed our things in smaller bags so that it was easier to lug up the stairs! But the best part was the route Tommy suggested we take for our drive to Cork - the rhododendrons and Lismore Gardens were beautiful and amazing! Thank you Tommy!

In a peaceful countryside location, this 4-star hotel offers spacious accommodation and superb facilities, including a leisure centre, spa and golf course. The staff were amazingly helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed when we had to make an impromptu stay in Tipperary due to the sudden snowfall. The hotel was a wonderful place to be stranded - we had a delicious carvery before enjoying the pool and spa. The room was immaculate with extremely comfortable beds. We had a wonderful breakfast too. Special thanks to the maintenance team who helped us get out of the car park in all the snow and even cut a safe path all the way to my car with a shovel so that my pregnant sister would get there safely - we are very grateful for incredible service that went above and beyond and look forward to staying again!

Located on the outskirts of Thurles town, Anner Hotel and its leisure centre is a pleasant base with friendly staff, fine food and plenty of comforts. It was clean and classy. Had dinner in the restaurant and a drink at the bar. Very nice.
