The reception staff were very obliging and helpful. The room was clean and well laid out with a circular bed. Breakfast had a great selection for all dietary requirements. Good location near the town centre and train station.

Hotel Bellettini is a 10-minute drive from the SS16 state road. Cervia Train Station and the city centre are 3 km away. A shuttle service is available. Milan is a 3-hour drive away. We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

When unexpected event happened they did everything and helped in more ways than others would. Thank you lovely ladies for all you help. Wish I could rate higher.

Hotel Alexander offers a terrace. You can play tennis at this 4-star hotel. Lovely hotel in a great location but it was the staff that made it extra special. We went to for my 60th birthday & also to watch the Ironman and the staff were so kind and welcoming it really made for a special and memorable weekend. And a beautiful and friendly little dog that walks around welcoming everyone! Thankyou so much !
