A nice little hide away that was close to all the amenities, food, markets, transport, sites. The city is very walkable and Tuk tuks are everywhere. The staff did an amazing job taking care of us. Booked us tickets on the hi speed train Luang Prabang. Breakfast was on menu with plenty of option. Room cleaned daily. A great stay.

The most impressive thing about this hotel is how experienced and helpful the front of house staff are, they communicated with us clearly in English which is extremely helpful. They made every process seamless and smooth. Helped up with things both inside and externally to the hotel. I will mention by name: Olieng, Date and Linda. Between the three of them they made our stay amazing. The room was spacious, clean, comfy and cool. Everything in the room worked perfectly and it even had a very high quality TV! We used the restaurant for dinner and it was exquisite. The complementary breakfast was perfect for any and all people as they offer a wide variety of breakfast foods. The pool was refreshing, clean and had complementary towels. Overall our 5/5 in all sections is very much deserved. Would book again.

A wonderful blend of local and western delights. The staff were so kind and accommodating of every request. We loved our river facing balcony room as well, with a stunning a view of the sunset over the Mekong River. It was a bit of a walk from the action in Vientiane, but they also had a convenient free shuttle service for drop-off and pick-up.
