We loved staying in and eating the food prepared in the Riad and the service provided. We ended up spending pleasant meals and evenings with the other guests on the terrace and created lifetime memories.

We,were 2 couples and stayed at Anex which was very close and convinient to the main building. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. They accompained and helped us to.park near the hotel on the first day. The waiters at the dining area (Bedar and Haitam) in the terrace were very friendly, polite and professional patient with all our questions and their advices and suggestions.

The night manager became very close with us and took us on a tour of the medina and a palace in the medina. We ended up being invited to his home where his mom made a wonderful lunch for us. the room was good and large enough for our needs. location was great, right in the medina.

Staff were so friendly and helpful, the Riad was very relaxed and in a good location just on the fringe of the medina/souks. The room, the nice decorations, comfortable bed!! The riad was very cosy, clean and welcoming. It exceeded our expectations. We were treated like family, and we left with this feeling. It was simply amazing. Thank you guys for all your efforts to make our stay as nice as possible.

We had a really warm welcome by Haddou, he picked us up from the taxi place, made us feel really welcome and managed everything that made our stay perfect! We had a beautiful and very tasty diner at the riad, he arranged a private day tour outside Fez with a veryfriendly drivers, showed us a lot places, shops restaurants. And we had nice conversations!
