4-star APLEND Wellness Hotel Borovica is set in the heart of the High Tatras in Štrbské Pleso, the highest village of the Tatra Mountains. This hotel is fabulous. We were welcomed with all necessary things in the room and even more. The fridge in the room was stuffed with any kind of drink and at our arrival also chocolates on our pillows were there waiting for us. Breakfast is in a very nice restaurant of the hotel and choice is wide and quality high. Rooms with balcony had two chairs and flowers on the balcony. The hotel is very quiet and staff was extremely kind. I was not feeling very well and they allowed me to take Breakfast in the room. Everything was so good that we decided to stay one more night so they found an exactly the same room and charged us the same price. Everything was perfect.

The modern Panorama Resort hotel is located directly at Štrbské Pleso. A wellness area with Finnish, steam, and infrared saunas can be found on the ground floor just behind the reception. Great location wirth a great view. Comfortable room. Great breakfast options

Horsky Hotel Sliezsky Dom is located in the heart of Tatra Mountains, 1670 metres above the sea level. It offers elegant rooms with mountain views, a flat-screen TV and a minibar. Amazing place, great mountain view, delicious food. The spa was really good and the lake & mountain view from the relaxation room - priceless. All was great! Can't wait to come back 😍

Rigtig lækkert og stort wellness område, hvor der både er spa+sauna inde og ude. Værelserne er store og rene med en meget behagelig seng. Dertil er det muligt at koble på Netflix eller andre tjenester, hvis man har brug for at koble helt af efter nogle dage i bjergene. Hotellets morgenmad er den bedste vi har fået i Tatra-regionen

This elegant first-class hotel in Stará Lesná combines a high level of comfort with a beautiful location in the mountains of the High Tatras. The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay was the outstanding spa! 10 stars for the spa!! I will definitely visit again.

Ideally located between the bus, tram and cog railway stations in Strbske Pleso, Hotel CROCUS offers spacious apartments with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette, and free wired internet. We liked Everything. The staff was very helpful and nice. Breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The location is perfect! Exactly 1 min walk from the train station 😊 The kids enjoyed the indoor and outdoor play areas. Private wellness was great.

Accommodation Grand hotel Starý Smokovec is located in Starý Smokovec, 18 km from Štrbské pleso. Guests have access to a common room, paid hotel parking, a terrace and a bar. Beautiful. Very accommodating staff. Spa was outstanding

Grandhotel Praha is located Tatranska Lomnica, at the foot of Lomnicky Peak, right in the heart of High Tatras and only 900 metres from the nearest ski lift. We spent some lovely Christmas days at the Hotel and I must say, is was a great choice. We loved everything about it, from its history, location, the welcoming lobby when we arrived, live piano music every evening next to the tall two-floor Christmas tree, the little touches during the Eve dinner. Food was also very good, changing dishes every day, for extra diversity and flavour. The Wellness area was very good too, with several sauna options and an outdoor heated pool overlooking the town but also a covered one. We had an incredible time here and felt very sad leaving and we're already planning our return back during this ski season. Overall, great value for money, with the skipass, wellness and halfboard included, but even without, we still would have loved it just as much.
