Complimentary welcome fruit plate. The rooms are not very big but they are very comfortable and clean. You have all the necessary hygiene products. You get free water every day and you have a mini bar. I am especially satisfied with the lady who cleans the rooms, EVERYTHING is perfectly clean and tidy when you come back to the room. In the breakfast restaurant you have very good service and a wonderful Turkish breakfast. Special kudos to the lady who is at the entrance of the restaurant because she always makes sure if you are missing anything and if you have any special requests. I can say that you have the best service from the staff of all the hotels in Turkey.

The cave room was outstanding, the location of the hotel was very nice, the terrace area is lovely. Last but not the least the staff! They were exceptional. Pleasant, friendly and so welcoming. All the staff in the hotel were amazing but i want to highlight Eliz.. by far the most accommodating person ive met in the hotel industry.. she did everything she could to give me the room i wanted, tours booking, transportation.. just name it. Two thumbs up for Eliz and the Divan cave house team
