They helped us check in and told us all about things to see and do in the area, and about a dance show that evening and any and all dining opertunities. It was nice that they let us use the pool/hot tub in the more expensive hotel next to us, and let us use bikes for 2 hrs for free. The location on the beach is lovely. The pool was so nice and clean. The view of the ocean was gorgeous and the hotel looked dramatic against the mountain behind it.

Stuff are extremely friendly and helpful and soooo polite. This was the best hotel experience in taiwan. I will definitely come back if ever i’m back to taroko.
