Paulo and Cori are the best hosts ever! So friendly and openminded……and you feel the great vibes immidiately you enter the restaurant. Because of the low-season it’s wasn’t busy, and Paulo one night set up “a movie night” for our kids in the restaurant with popcorn! The evening after they both taught us a really fun card-play, where they-again- included our kids. None of us will never forget our marvellous stay at the SunBoo. Beautiful place and beautiful people❤️!

The place is very beautiful, quiet, and clean. The beach is stunning and the location is excellent. We went during the low season and it rained a little, but we practically had the place all to ourselves—highly recommended. You do need to walk a bit to get there, so travel light and bring some snacks if you’re staying for several days, since the local restaurants aren’t open all day (only at specific times).

The bungalow I had was right in front of the beach and had its own little balcony where I could read in the evening after a swim to see the bioluminescent plankton (it was not like the pictures on internet but more like little fireflies appearing underwater when moving, truly amazing). The accomodation is quite simple but has everything needed and is very comfortable. Shower water is cold but given the temperature it's not an issue. There are even some plastic curtains in front of the balcony that can bu used in case of heavy rain. There's a restaurant that can easily accomodate for vegans (I recommend the banana flower soup). I took the taxi boat to get there since I had a suitcase and it went well, you can book the boat back with the help of the bungalow staff. One day I decided to do the little hike to get across the island (it has one steep part but the it's mostly flat-ish, so easy to do with a backpack if you're in good health condition) to see the beach on Saracen bay side. If you want more bars, restaurants and people, you could pick that side. But if you want some quiet time, a beautiful beach and nice accomodation, Robinson bungalows on Sunset Beach are perfect :)

A really pleasant stay on the island. The tent was super comfortable and very cool. Scott was a great guy and very accommodating. Also, there is an excellent snorkeling spot right next to the guesthouse.

Loved the location and that you get a tent for your own which is more like a tree house. The hammock is great for relaxing. The host and his family are very kind and helpful and the food they offer is just ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can recommend the cambodian sandwich.

It is owned by a Lovely couple. My friend and I stayed in the tent and it was better than we expected. It really helped that it was on a platform under a roof. We had a fan and outlets in the tent. It was really clean and the bed was confortable. They also have a very good restaurant with amazing local food! Highly reccomend!
