Caravan was lovely and clean, starter pack had everything we needed. Owner was so nice and payed close attention to detail, such as providing free wifi and camping chairs.

This is a self contained unit to the rear of the property. It is self-catered, with a well-appointed kitchen, linen and towels. Please note breakfast is not available. Excellent homely stay, with a warm welcome and delightful room. The house is full of character, with original beams and stained glass windows. Facilities include very comfortable beds, excellent showers, ample parking, seating areas and a double hot tub. Tracy made us a brilliant breakfast each morning and was kind enough to provide tea and scones on arrival. Can't get better than that! I recommend you go to Barnsole vineyard, walkable in 30 mins. Book an hour wine tasting with Phil for £20 per head. The Black Pig is close by for dinner and Joss Bay beach is lovely too

This tent has a shared bathroom, a seating area, heating as well as an outdoor dining area. The unit has 1 bed. The tipi was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was also nice to have a firepit outside and somewhere to sit. Toilets and showers were also clean and nice to use,

Great value for money, nice holiday park on the beach with nice walks . Holiday park was quiet but had a clubhouse and a pool.
