This mobile home has a electric kettle, tea/coffee maker and dining area. The caravan was immaculate when we arrived. Such a homely feel to it. Had everything we needed, enjoyed the extra touches of complimentary teas and coffees!

This tent features a seating area, an outdoor dining area, garden views and a private bathroom. The unit offers 1 bed and 1 futon. Lynn met us on arrival and showed us around, brought us to our tent and showed us the facilities. Spotless clean, great oil heater for night time use. The bathrooms were great with decent showers, clean towels....the shared kitchen was perfect with a fridge and microwave.

The well-fitted kitchen features a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven and a microwave. Lovely location fabulous view family friendly very comfortable and wormit was a great place to go and lots of little villages around to see bus comes regularly and it's the same but to get to Edinburgh and home will be booking again

The caravan itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, reflecting clear attention to detail. Seton Sands is in a fantastic location, offering both peaceful surroundings and easy access to the beach and local attractions. The facilities were top-notch—from fully equipped kitchen and cozy interiors to thoughtful extras that made the stay feel like a home away from home. The on-site amenities added convenience and enjoyment, perfect for both families and couples. Would definitely recommend this stay and hope to return soon!

The place was immaculate in a quieter part of the park. Comfortable beds. There were 6 of us so was worried we’d be a bit cramped but we weren’t at all. Never been here before as normally go to the west coast but this area is lovely. Good base for lots of attractions.

This mobile home features a fireplace. Boasting 3 bedrooms, this mobile home has 1 bathroom with a shower, a seating area and terrace where you can relax. We had a wonderful overall experience, except for the Wi-Fi. The place was cosy and gave a home-like feeling. It was also conveniently close to the coast. A perfect place for a family vacation. We were also happy to find gluten-free food available at the mini market.

We loved our stay at the caravan under the tree! Very cozy warm and handy! The host Magda was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The area is very nice. There is a bar restaurant also small shop. Swimming poll was also nice. We will book again for sure! Perfect for families as well as there is so many activities 😊 Thank you and can’t wait to be back!!
