The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and hospitable. Invited us to share dinner which was lovely. The tent and bedding was clean, warm and very comfortable. It is a pleasant and quiet natural environment on the property. Overall a really nice experience.

It was a very good experience for us. The location was very beautiful and sleeping in a tend was a very good choice. Especially we want to say thank you to all of the staff at the visitor center. Bexultan and Zhambo were the best!!! The have been very keen to help us wherever needed and we had a good talk too! Highly recommend!

It's a massive family guesthouse. Very comfortable for large families. All amenities are good. Functional kitchen to cook our own meals. Washing machine to do laundry. Location is great. Staff is very helpful.

This was a unique experience staying in traditional Kazakh yurts, allowing us the laid back vibes as a modern-day nomads. The yurts are beautifully decorated with local crafts, I enjoyed the peacefulness and connection to nature that the location provides.
