We had a great time! The rooms were really comfortable, and the area is beautiful. The beach is right there, and it's so easy to get to. The staff were super welcoming, right from when we arrived at 4:30 am (our flight got really delayed), and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, Alex in particular was really nice and really tried to help us have a good time! The food was solid, in my opinion; I especially liked the vegetable paella that they had for lunch one day. And the indoor spa area (with a hot tub and pool) were fun too. All around, we had an amazing time and would 100% recommend! It was a great value for what we received (we did the all-inclusive option).

Our family has stayed at this wonderful hotel twice now, and each time it has exceeded our expectations. The food is delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from, satisfying all tastes. The hotel grounds are always well-maintained and clean, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. We especially appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who are always ready to assist and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The hotel is divided into regular rooms and Magnus rooms, with the Magnus rooms being newer and better. However, last year we stayed in the regular rooms and were also very satisfied. This is an excellent hotel for a family vacation with children. We hope this won't be our last visit to this hotel. Thank you for the fantastic experience!

It is impossible to describe in a few words how fantastic a week we spent in this hotel. It can be classified as more than a four-star hotel! It offers more than what can be read in its modest description. They pay attention to every detail, everything is very elegant and sophisticated. The staff is very kind and helpful, they are always smiling, especially Ivan! The garden is wonderful, it gives enough shade to go to the beach. The pool is super good and also very clean. There are also sunbeds on the direct beach. Thank you very much for your extraordinary attentiveness, we were also awaited with breakfast at four o'clock in the early morning. I am sure we will return to this extraordinary hotel. The restaurant's food is very tasty and plentiful. There is a lot on offer, each night has a different theme .The hotel is located in a quiet little bay where almost only hotel guests bathe, so there are no crowds. The location itself is a very quiet neighborhood, no parties or music. The city of Palma is really close, 15 minutes by taxi, which costs 20-25 euros. The airport is 25 minutes away. I know it's hard to choose between the many hotels, but don't hesitate here, you won't be disappointed. I have been to many places in the world, but this is one of the first. Thank you!
