clean hotel, rooms cleaned every day, breakfast ok :), reception service: a lady named Mercedes (blonde hair ), the only nice one, she was always able to greet us and answer our questions. the other reception servise weren’t interested in whether we entered or left.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The room was comfy and clean, we really enjoyed the view, there was plenty of free parking (something which was very relevant for us), we also loved the breakfast. We wouldn't hesitate to come back if we are in the area again.

The room check in was very smooth. The staff are very friendly and resolved the issue immediately when the hair dryer was not working. They also provided an early check in request for us. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean and the staff replaces the toiletries and cleaned the room when requested. The hotel also has a vending machine to buy coffee hot chocolate and snacks which was convenient for us in the mornings. If you want to stay away from the busy streets of Barcelona and experience the vibes this is the best place for it. Also, we had a late train at 1 and the staff being very kind and accommodating let us stay till 12 for the checkout.
