‏The hotel was absolutely amazing and indescribably perfect, nestled in nature and surrounded by mountains, making it very suitable for families. My booking included a suite with two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the mountains. The hotel is about a 15-minute drive from Chamonix city center, which gave me a sense of privacy and tranquility. ‏There are free parking spaces available within the hotel premises. I especially loved the elegant hotel lobby in the morning and before bedtime. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly, and helpful, making us feel comfortable and welcomed throughout our stay. ‏My stay with my wife and children was truly unforgettable. A big thank you to all the staff, and I will definitely come back again!

The staff was very helpful and lovely. There were language barriers however they still tried they’re best to help me. Everyone in the area was very friendly. The area was near the bus stop so it was easy to travel to/ from the bus station.
