United StatesFirst, the staff is marvelous. We arrived early and were handled expertly, so we had a productive and fun day on the university campus and walking in the city. The hotel and grounds are exceptionally beautiful and dinner in the Gastropub was just what we wanted.

The grounds are beautiful, golf was tempting but ran out of time. The restaurant was fantastic with many options. Great wine pairing with tasting menus. Generous portion sizes!

Beautiful hotel on the edge of the city center. The fa ilities are great and there is a gym and spa. There is a golf diving range and 9 hole mashy course at the property.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large, with a lovely view and very comfortable, kept at a perfect ambient temperature. The bathroom had a separate room for the toilet.
The breakfast was extensive, with everything you could want and more if you asked for it.
Exploring the hotel was a pleasure, as it is like a small Stately Home with dozens of charming, hidden areas between the different wings and separate gardens, a wooded area of hillside, golf facilities and a spa.
