Next to Schönbrunnpalace close to Public Transport - MySchönbrunn Apartments ligger i 14 Penzing-distriktet i Wien, 17 minutters gang fra Schönbrunner Gardens og 800 m fra Rosarium. From the very first moment upon setting foot at the property, it felt home. Access to the compound and to the apartment was easy and keyless, thanks to the clear efficient instructions that the hosts had timely communicated at the online check-in stage. Moreover, they had previously provided relevant preparatory information, a crucial diligence to provide a priori situational awareness of the accommodation, the neighbourhood and the city. As I had lived in the area for several years in the past, I was already aware of such. Yet I still consider this as a key point of valuation that illustrates the care and diligence with which the hosts deal with guests at all stages: before, during and after the actual stay. Their care for guest privacy and autonomy was also noteworthy, always on call for any issue that might arise, yet never being intrusive in any manner. The accommodation compound was brilliantly located in an excellent residential neighbourhood, with commerce at the doorstep, convenient infrastructure for both private and public transportation at immediate reach. The compound itself was comprised of a few recently restored traditional housing buildings, set around an internal courtyard. The unit where I stayed met the advertised expectations, comprising of a duplex apartment on the top floors of the house (accessible by both elevator and staircase). The entrance floor of the apartment had a large open area with fully-equipped kitchen facilities, living area and dining area as in the advertised photos. The fully-equipped bathroom was also on the entrance level. Upstairs there was the airy and bright attic bedroom also in open setting and typical sloped ceiling. Both entrance and bedroom floors had ample airy balconies overlooking the nice inner courtyard. The attic bedroom balcony, elevating over the roofs of most neighbouring buildings, further provided wide ample views over the surrounding areas. The accommodation is approved with honours. Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. A very cosy and clean pension in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and nice connections to Vienna city center.

Austria Trend Hotel Bosei Wien is located on the southern edge of Vienna, next to the Wienerberg business and recreation area and a 9-hole golf course. Nice breakfast and free parking, very very big room!

The hosts are wonderful people and were extremely helpful before and during my stay. The apartment is terrific -- roomy, very well equipped with everything you might need, and the location was close to restaurants, a market, public transportation, and fun walking around sites to see.

Apartment situated in very good location, it is quiet, and has easy connection to the city centre. You only have to take tram and ride several stops to the centre. Host was nice and helpful, she was able to let us in much earlier than expected. Garage parking was great addition. Great quality WiFi, TV, YouTube, even some face wash and cleansing as a nice addition. Well equipped kitchen. We felt like at home.
