The room was spacious, with easy access to the extensive garden really well kept with flowers and our own little terrace area to relax on. There was shade in the garden on a sunny day, and lovely views of the mountains and lake which we could reach easily. The garden was full of birdsong including a cuckoo! The breakfast was outstanding, the staff friendly, many spoke English and there was free home made cake in reception! Also a bonus to have access to a communal kettle and a fridge to make our own drinks/packed lunch. The town of Seebruck had much to offer us: bikes to hire, the lake to swim in, ferries to small islands of historic interest and plenty of cafes and ice cream outlets! Be aware the cafes close some evenings so check and book as needed. The community was very friendly to us and we loved staying there. Bus service good to and from the train stations.
