I didn’t meet Lisa but she was lovely and checked in throughout the day to make sure everything went smoothly. The room was spotless, and comfortable. They had a generous snack bar with milk and juice nicely presented in the fridge which I really appreciated as I left too early for breakfast. I had a good nights sleep and the taxi Lisa recommended came promptly in the morning. I felt very well cared for and it all exceeded my expectations.
