Golf Club Le Fonti is a 5-minute walk from the property, while Bologna is 30 km away. It was an overnight stay, so we couldn't enjoy properly the facilities but for the price, everything was clean, smooth, and the staff lovely. We missed the breakfast because we woke up too late, and it's a shame because it looked wonderful. The location seems to be in a "business" area, so doesn't look that sexy, but it is quiet while still in a walking distance to very nice bars and restaurants, and 10mn from the city center.

Featuring bicycle parking, this property also provides guests with DVD player. The guest house features family rooms. Nice cozy and comfortable apartment in the residential part of Ferrara. Good communication with the owner. Generally easy parking, convenient access with a key card. The apartment & hall have a nice design, everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed. The window blinds make the room super dark when closed if you like that. Not a problem for me, but if you want to mostly spend time in the center, just be aware that it's about ~12 min fast walk just to the city walls.
