We stayed one night and everything was excellent. The staff spoke excellent English, which was a benefit for us as we were tired after a long journey from Canada’s west coast. The front desk manager was very helpful- he arranged the payment for our on-street parking spot (the hotel also has its own parking garage), and personally brought extra towels to our room and fixed a connection problem with the wi-fi as well. The restaurant dinner was good and the free breakfast selections were outstanding- the best we’ve ever found in Italy.

The staff truly made this experience exceptional - their friendliness and genuine care for guests was evident from the moment I arrived. As a vegan, I was touched by their thoughtfulness when they actually went to the store specifically to stock vegan options for the breakfast bar, ensuring I had plenty of delicious choices each morning. The breakfast setup itself was beautifully arranged and offered such variety. The location couldn't have been more perfect for my needs, providing easy access to my seminar venue while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. The overall atmosphere struck that perfect balance between professional accommodation and warm, personal hospitality that makes a bed and breakfast special. From the comfortable accommodations to the attention to detail in every aspect of my stay, Villa Arizona created an experience that felt more like staying with caring friends than at a typical lodging. I left feeling completely refreshed and would absolutely return - they've set the bar incredibly high for what exceptional hospitality looks like!

They were always attentive, ready to help, and genuinely kind, which makes guests feel welcome and well cared for. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with many offering a stunning sea view. Watching the sunrise from the balcony was truly unforgettable. Another great advantage is the free bike rental, perfect for exploring Cervia and its surroundings, as well as the free parking – a real rarity in seaside towns. Breakfast was excellent – varied, rich, and always fresh, with plenty of choice for every taste. Hotel Nettuno is a place where we felt at home, only with a breathtaking view and just steps away from the beach. We would be happy to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

I don't know where to start. We spent an amazing time at the hotel! The staff is very friendly and gives you a feeling like knowing each others for a long time, beside that the hotel standard is great - very modern, clean and comfortable. On top of it the breakast is to be reccoment - it includes everything you might need and the staff even helps if you need something specific not on the buffet. so all in all we can't wait to spend another time at the hotel.
