Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Guests at Miru Niseko, can enjoy activities such as golf and rafting in the summer, while skiing and snowshoeing are available in the winter. New Chitose Airport is 80 km from the property. We loved everything about Miru Niseko. Our room was fabulous - we were there for a week and so we so appreciated the extra room and being able to relax in apartment style. The room had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the hotel were wonderful - lovely to have fresh fruit and a great range to choose from in the buffet. Being out of the main Grand Hirafu area was not a problem - the local shuttles were frequent and the Miru Niseko shuttle timetable was great. Most of all … the staff were fabulous, so very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful.

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort.

Rooms feature air conditioning during the summer, and guests will find a fully equipped kitchen on site. Apple TV and complimentary WiFi are available. There is a private bathroom with slippers in every unit as well as towels. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 3 people. The apartment was spacious and also had an in-unit washer/dryer which was really convenient. The location itself was good as well. Around a 10 minute drive to Hirafu, 7 minutes to Hilton Village, and about 30 minutes to Rusutsu. However, there isn't much available in walking distance (e.g. convenience stores, restaurants, etc.). There's a ski locker next to the reception and the rental companies were able to deliver / pickup directly to Snowdog. There are a handful of parking spots available - we didn't have any issues, but we were also there from Monday - Thursday. Note that to facilitate snow clearing, the front desk told us that we may be asked to move our cars sometime between 8 - 10 AM. Our group mostly left around 9 AM for the slopes and never ran into this.

The property is non-smoking and is set 26 km from Hirafu Station. It had more than it explains - towels are daily changed, also many amenities! And most important - the room is big enough to open luggage, hang the ski clothes but yet relax. Another room for cooking / eating in a big room (shared) They also accept the luggage delivery in advance When I spoke to the owner, who is every morning there to organise the transport and cleaning, and when someone checks in. If you are traveling with bus, try to book all in advance!
