The hotel lies nearby bus stops for easy access to the train station, or a day trip to Yufuin.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough for our family of 5. The tub on the porch was amazing. Grilling out on our front porch was very fun and the heaters made it nice and warm even in winter. We enjoyed morning yoga, fire pit s'mores and the free drinks and mocktails from the garden kitchen. There is an incredible park within walking distance. So much fun!

SEKIYA RESORT Terrace Midoubaru is located a 15-minute drive from JR Beppu Station and boasts guestrooms with a semi open-air bath. Guests can soak in the hot spring bath. This was the most amazing venue, best accommodation on our Japan trip and possibly on all our travels. The room, the hot spring bath, the food the staff were all outstanding. The evening meal was something I will never forget.
