We loved it here! The Riad has spacious beautiful rooms and was very clean. Simo the hotel manager was the most friendly host, he protected us from getting scammed at the parking and helped us out with every problem! Also the breakfast was delicious! In addition we had a Hammam in the hotel which was also really great! 100% recommendation of this Riad

The location of the facility is a particular advantage with the Bab Guissa gate being a 2 minute walk. The Riad was extremely clean. The terrace allows for a bird's eye view of the medina while enjoying a meal or just a mint tea. The breakfast and dinner prepared by Bushka were delicious. Our stay at this Riad was a highlight of our trip.

Overall, Palais Houyam offers an unparalleled experience with its exquisite design, excellent service, and warm hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes.

Set in Fès, 300 metres from Open Air Tannery (Fes), Riad Batchisarai features air-conditioned rooms. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. The property is very clean, well maintained and our room was in excellent conditions with everything we needed. There was a cleaning service every day, really good breakfast and Dominique and the team were super helpful whenever we needed their assistance (e.g. booking a Hamam, cab to airport, and other recommendations for the city). We had to leave the property early twice and both times the staff were kind enough to arrange some breakfast and keep it in the fridge for us to take in the morning, which we thought was very kind. I would definitely recommend booking this.
