Conham Nature Reserve is just the up the road with day visits allowed. There is an incredible hike to a water with a deep rock pool The dam is well stocked, and although the fishing was challenging at times, the effort was well worth it and made the catches even more rewarding. The cottage is beautifully maintained, and the staff who service it are superb—friendly, attentive, and professional. There are three wonderfully friendly dogs on the property who are gentle, loving, and a real joy to be around. We were also treated to a thoughtful selection of welcome items from local farms, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommended—we would definitely return

The cottage has everything you need for a few days visit. The view is beautiful. Angie is a lovely host. She provided juice, milk, butter eggs, bread and fruit. She also helped us to contact a mechanic when we had problems with our vehicle.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Khanyeni. De kamer was gezellig ingericht met aandacht voor details! Beany is een gezellige goedlachse gastvrouw die erg geïnteresseerd is. Ze hielp ons goed met het boeken van de trip naar Lesotho. De locatie is ook perfect. ‘s ochtends zit je er heerlijk op je terras in het zonnetje met een prachtig uitzicht over het water op de bergen. Wij hebben genoten!

The location and the surrounding area absolutely stunning ! The cottage is lovely and has everything you need. The fireplace at night was so cozy. The hosts are such wonderful people, they took the time to show us around the area. They were always available for questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for everything!
