It's really good location - about 15 minutes walk to nearest shop in both directions, +-10 minutes to the beach, and to some restaurants. I'd recommend getting a car anyway(for me it's obligatory in Corfu as there are no other way to communicate, or its really limited). Katia and her family are great people, very welcoming and helpfull! You can ask them anything. Everything was clean, we have gotten fresh towels, there's AC, place to park your car, place to sit outside, and even small kitchen fully equiped if you want to make any meal. PS.: Katia's garden looks lovely!

All was good, if you stay for short time (1-2 nights) it is just ideal, central location, easy access to the property. Many good restaurants nearby. About 15 min walking to the main bus station.
